Nous avons passe 3 jours exquis a Ubud, petite ville charmante connue pour son respect des traditions Balinaises. Il regne une ambiance agreable dans cette ville d'artistes ou le quotidien de chacun est berce par rites, ceremonies, danses, offrandes, prieres...
Nous avons explore le Nord d'Ubud en scooter et une bonne partie sous la pluie! Au programme, un temple repute pour ses bains d'eau benite puis la fameuse region de Batur offrant un panorama grandiose avec son volcan, ses montagnes et son lac.
Le 3eme jour, nous avons fait une rando en amoureux dans les rizieres aux alentours d'Ubud. Spectaculaire!

We spent 3 lovely days in Ubud, stayed in a fantastic place (called "homestay" here but kind of guesthouse) set in a beautiful garden. Ubud is an interesting place, full of arts and traditions, the atmosphere is special! We went trekking in the rice fields, rented a motorbike for a day and went to check out a famous "holy spring water temple" and the famous mountain, volcano, and lakes of the Batur area. Lovely time!
